Speaker Coach

In 4 years, Irith coached 15+ TED speakers in preparation for the conference. She provided feedback on the content, as well as the delivery. ''Sometimes speakers were still studying their text 1 day before the conference. I would spend the whole day practicing with them, over and over again, making sure they feel confident on the day of the conference.''

Board Leader

Since 2019, Irith led the TEDx board. She organized board meetings, made sure everybody is leading the parts they feel excited about, led brainstorming sessions, communicated the board's plans with Middlebury College, and was in charge of the budget.
