Irith Fuks (1998) is a Dutch documentary filmmaker based in NYC and Amsterdam.
Irith studied film and psychology in Middlebury, Vermont. During her last year, she directed a short film Lasagna that won various international prizes, including Cinemaking International Festival and First-time Filmmaker Festival at Pinewood Studios.
After college, Irith worked as a Producer for Bureau NY, a small-scale documentary production house based in New York. She produced three episodes of 'Waldemar en de Americas' and was a junior producer on the 2DOC series 'Het einde van het grasperk'.
In 2021, Irith co-founded the small beer brewing company 'MiddClinks', which aimed to spark conversations about binge drinking on college campuses. In addition to selling beer, she hosted workshops about brewing and talked about the drinking culture on campus.
In 2023 Irith has been working on a Dutch Netflix show in production, which will be released at the end of 2023.
